Booking & Policies

📅 Booking & Deposits

50% deposit required to secure your appointment (deducted from total cost)
  • Send your nail inspiration/reference image before booking
  • Proof of payment must be sent to secure your slot

🔄 Changes & Cancellations

  • Nail inspiration changes allowed only before arrival
  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before appointment
  • Cancellations less than 2 hours before: 30% of total cost charged
  • No-shows or same-time cancellations: deposit forfeited

⏰ Appointment Rules

  • 1 person allowed to accompany you
  • R30 late fee if more than 15 minutes late
  • If appointment clashes with next client, you'll be rebooked
  • Please come with bare, clean hands
  • Book a soak-off separately if needed

🔧 Nail Care & Repairs

  • Contact me immediately if nails pop off within 7 days (free fix)
  • After 7 days: R20 per nail to fix
